摘要
以2份可拉种质为材料,进行可拉花粉离体萌发研究。结果表明,可拉花粉萌发的最适培养基浓度为20%蔗糖+200 mg/L H_3BO_3+300 mg/L Ca(NO_3)_2。不同种质花粉萌发规律不相同,24 h中Cl-1花粉萌发率随着温度的升高而持续升高,Cl-2花粉萌发率在12:00达到最高继而降至较低水平。本研究结果将为可拉杂交育种,提高稔实率提供理论支撑。
Studied with 2 copies of Korah germplasm materials of pollen germination on the body. The results showed that the tensile pollen germination of the optimum medium concentration of 20 % sucrose +200 mg/L H3O3+300 mg/L Ca (NO3)2. The pollen germination rate of different germplasm was not the same. The germination rate of Cl-1 in 24 h increased with the increase of temperature, and the germination rate of C1-2 pollen reached the highest and then decreased to a lower level in 12:00. The results for Korah cross breeding, improve fertility rate and provide theoretical support.
