Thoughts on the Service and Management Work of Retirees under the New Situation——Talking Institute of Spice and Beverage, CATAS as an Example

面对新的形势,离退休人员对服务管理多元化呼声越来越高。离退休服务管理工作应从多角度、多层次开展,既要考虑人员因素又要考虑社会因素。以中国热带农业科学院香料饮料研究所为例,分析离退休服务管理工作的现状、不足,并提出解决离退休服务管理工作不足的建议。

Under the new circumstances, the public of china demand strongly to service diversifica- tion. We should proceed retired personnel service and management work considering human factors and social factors from the point of multi-angle and multi-level. In this paper, the service and man- agement work has been put forward some suggestions to solve problems of inadequacies, through the analysis of the current situation and insufficient.
