自2007年6月国开行在香港发行第一单人民币债券之后，香港离岸人民币债券市场蓬勃发展，债券品种日益丰富，债券总规模不断壮大，香港离岸人民币债券市场成为香港资本市场的重要组成部分。文章介绍了香港离岸人民币债券市场的发展特征，分析了其与内地债券市场的联动关系，并就进一步推进离岸人民币债券市场建设提出相关建议。
Since the first RMB bond issuance by China Development Bank in June 2007, Hong Kong offshore RMB bond market has blossomed, with increasingly diversified bond types and increased total size, and Hong Kong offshore RMB bond market has become an important part of its capital market. The article introduces the characteristics of Hong Kong offshore RMB bond market, analyzes its linkage with onshore RMB bond market and puts forward relevant suggestions on further promoting offshore RMB bond market development.
