2015年11月，境外人民币市场总体发展平稳。主要表现在：境外人民币资金池继续缩减，Hibor人民币利率环比全线走高，与同期Nshibor利差扩大；境外人民币债券发行量比上月大幅上升；香港美元兑人民币可交割即期汇价有所上升，境内外可交割人民币远期汇价之差扩大；香港交易所和新加坡交易所人民币期货交投活跃度均有所上升。
In November 2015, the offshore RMB market development remained stable. Its main characteristics were as follows： the offshore RMB liquidity pool shrank continuously, CNH Hibor saw a month-on-month rise, and the spread between Nibor and Shibor enlarged the offshore RMB bond issuance saw a remarkable month-on-month growth; the deliverable spot USD/CNH exchange rate in Hong Kong went up slightly, and the spread between onshore and offshore deliverable RMB forward rates enlarged; the trading of RMB futures in HKEx and Singapore Exchange both increased slightly.
