双芍护睛散对实验性外伤性视神经损伤保护作用的超微结构观察

摘要 目的观察双芍护睛散对实验性外伤性视神经损伤保护作用的超微结构变化。方法将实验SD大鼠60只随机抽取15只为空白对照组,其余45只造模后随机分为模型对照组、生理盐水组及中药治疗组,每组15只。空白对照组及模型对照组造模24小时后,生理盐水组及中药治疗组(双芍护睛散)用药4周后取左眼观察视神经的超微结构变化。结果模型对照组视神经纤维排列紊乱,部分轴突肿胀,呈空泡样变性,髓鞘部分出现板层分离;生理盐水组视神经纤维排列紊乱,轴突变性而且数量减少,可见轴突脱髓鞘;而中药治疗组视神经纤维排列较规则,轴突数量轻度减少,可见髓鞘包裹轴突。结论以养血行血法组方的双芍护睛散能抗视神经的损伤,促进视神经纤维的修复而保护视神经。 Objective To observe the effect of Shuang Shao Hu Jing powders on the ultrastructural changes of optic nerves in experimental traumatic models. Methods 15 SD rats were randomly drawn to the blank control group, and the other 45 were randomly divided into the model group, saline group and treatment group, we observe the optic nerves ultrastructural changes of the left eye,blank control group and model control group made after 24 hours,saline group and treatment group(treated by The Shuang Shao Hu Jing powde)for 4 weeks. Results The arrangement of optic nerve fibers of model control group were disorder, part of axons were swelling, and showed vacuolar degeneration, the part of myelin even appeared lamellar separation; The saline group, the arrangement of optic nerve fibers were also disorder, the axons were degenerate and the totall number of axon were reduced, axonal demyelination were also visible; The treatment group,the arrangedment of optic fibers were more regular, the number of axons reduced slightly, and the myelin wrapping axons could be observed. Conclusion The Shuang Shao Hu Jing powder conducted by blood nourishing and circulating method is effective to resist the damage the optic nerve,it can protect of the optic nerve by promoting the restoration of optic nerve fibers.
