配戴离焦镜片对近视屈光度的影响研究

Effects of defocus spectacle peripheral myopia lenses on young myopia development

目的观察配戴减少旁中心离焦镜片对控制青少年近视发展的作用。方法随机抽8～14岁配戴减少旁中心离焦镜片的青少年近视患者206例（共412只眼），作为实验组；随机抽取8～14岁配戴普通单焦点镜片的青少年近视患206例（共412只眼），作为对照组。戴镜一年后复查并对复查结果进行统计学分析。结果一年后试验组近视屈光度人均增加（-0．48±0．23）°，对照组近视屈光度人均增加（-0．76±0．25）°。试验组与对照组屈光度增加差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；结论配戴减少旁中心离焦的镜片比配戴普通单焦点镜片能在一定程度上能有效控制近视发展。

Objective To study the effects of preventing myopia from increasing in young. Methods ＂defocus spectacle lenses for peripheral myopia＂ in Randomly select 206 young myopia patients（412 eyes）of 8-14 years old who wear ＂defocus spectacle lenses for peripheral myopia＂ , and treat them as group A. Randomly select another 206 young myopia patients（412eyes）of 8-14 years old as a control group who wear ＂Ordinary single focus lenses＂. To have a clinical review and a statistical analysis on the 2 groups a year later. Results A year later,in experimental group,per capita myopia diopter increases（-0.48± 0.23）°,in the control group,per capita myopia diopter increases （-0. 76 ± 0. 25）°. The difference in per capita diopter increasing between the two groups is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Wearing ＂defocus spectacle lenses for peripheral myopia＂ could slow down myopia increasing in young people to some extent than wearing ＂Ordinary single focus lenses＂.
