自拟鼻敏散治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎60例临床观察

The clinical observation of biminsan on 60 pediatric allergic rhinitis

目的评价中药鼻敏散对小儿过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法将门诊患儿60例随机分为观察组（鼻敏散组32例），对照组（盐酸西替利嗪片组28例），对两组进行临床疗效观察。结果观察组总有效率93．75％，对照组总有效率60．71％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论自拟鼻敏散治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Biminsan on pediatric allergic rhinitis. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into observation group （32 cases of Biminsan） and control group （28 cases cetirizine hydrochloride group）, the clinical effect of the two groups are observed. Results the observation group total effect is 93.75%, while the control group is 60.71%, which have significant difference （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Biminsan has Significant effect on pediatric allergic rhinitis.
