军用飞机试飞验证标准化应用研究

Study on the standardization of flight test verification for military aircrafts

根据军用飞机试飞验证技术特点及标准需求,分析了试飞验证标准化存在的问题;基于标准化的原理、方法,提出了开展试飞验证标准的顶层规划,进行试飞验证标准体系建设,以及开展标准论证、标准编制方法、标准技术内容确定方法等军用飞机试飞验证标准化工作的技术途径,并提出了试飞验证标准的贯彻和应用等标准化工作的内容和方法,为军用飞机试飞验证技术标准化提供了借鉴和指导。

Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of flight test verification and the requirements of standards,the paper firstly analyzed the problems existing in the standardization of flight test verification. Then on basis of the principles and methods of standardization,the top-level planning and the standard system of the test flight verification were proposed. Besides,the technical means of flight test standardization were put forward for military aircrafts,including the demonstration,preparation methods and the determination methods,and the content and methods of the implementation and application of flight test verification standards were put forward,finally providing the reference and guidance for the standardization of flight test verification for military aircrafts.
