摘要
沈阳市新世界商业中心二期主塔楼高度139.95m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。该结构存在平面凹凸不规则、扭转不规则(扭转位移比为1.39)和塔楼偏置(局部楼层偏心距大于15%)两项不规则,属特别不规则的超限高层建筑。论文对其结构进行了小震、中震及大震作用下的结构分析,并针对性地采取了抗震构造措施,以保证结构安全。
The New World Trade Center in the main tower is 139.95 m height, the reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure, the structure of the existence of plane concave convex irregular, irregular torsion(torsion displacement ratio is 1.39) and tower bias(local floor eccentricity is greater than 15%) two is irregular, especially irregular tall building.
