天姥山考论

An Investigation of Tianmu Mountain

本文以文献、文物为证,为天姥山追本溯源、引据立论。主要结论是:迄今发现最早记载天姥山的重要文献是西晋张勃《吴录》,其《地理志》记载:"剡县有天姥山,传云:登者闻天姥歌谣之响"。准确揭示了天姥山的地理方位、地名由来和天姥即王母的来历,历代全国性地理总志等皆因循于此。即天姥山,地处越州剡县东鄙今新昌县东南部,以拨云尖为主峰,东接天台,北联沃洲,为一地之望,众山之祖。晋宋谢灵运开山,盛唐李白天姥吟,明代徐霞客科考,即此山。

Xie Lingyun in Jin Dynasty explored Tianmu Mountain, Li Bai in Tang Dynasty sang the praise of it and Xu Xiake in Ming Dynasty explored it.
