摘要
目的观察太极桩功锻炼对失眠的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性的随机对照临床试验的研究方法,对96例失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组采用太极桩功治疗,对照组采用一般的散步方法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义,(P<0.01)。结论太极桩功锻炼对失眠疗效显著,易于掌握,无不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tai Chi Stake Exercise in the treatment of insomnia. Methods Methods of prospective randomized controlled clinical trials was used, 96 cases of insomnia patients were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in treatment groups used Tai Chi treatment, while 48 cases in the control group used the general method of treatment for a walk. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, while the control group was 62.5%. And when we compared the two groups together (P〈0.01). Conclusion Tai Chi Stake Exercise for the treatment of insomnia has significant curative effect. It is easy to learn and has no toxic side effect.
