热敏灸联合功能锻炼治疗社区膝骨关节炎60例

Heat-sensitive moxibustion and functional exercise in the treatment of 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis in community

目的对热敏灸联合功能锻炼规范化治疗社区膝骨关节炎的疗效进行对比。方法 120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组给予热敏灸联合功能锻炼治疗,对照组给予热敏灸治疗。以膝关节疼痛VAS评分、Lyshlom膝关节功能评分、临床有效率为评价标准。结果 2组治疗前后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后Lyshlom评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后Lyshlom评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率85%,对照组总有效率68.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合功能锻炼规范化治疗膝骨关节炎可以有效缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,适宜在社区应用。

Objective To standardize the treatment of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with functional exercise, while the control group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion. The VAS score, Lyshlom knee function score and clinical response rate were used to evaluate knee pain. Results There was significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and after treatment （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. There was significant difference between the two groups in the Lyshlom score before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference in Lyshlom score between the two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 68.3% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of heat-sensitive moxibustion and functional training can improve the function of knee joint, and the clinical curative effect is good. The traditional Chinese medicine suitable technique can be popularized and applied in the community.
