摘要
目的识别、分析和评价8 000 t/a乙烯-醋酸乙烯-氯乙烯共聚物乳胶技改项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,探讨其防护对策和管理措施。方法综合运用类比法和检查表法对建设项目进行评价分析。结果建设项目生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有氯乙烯、乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、噪声等。类比企业检测结果显示,乙酸乙烯酯合格率为100%,噪声合格率为80.0%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在认真落实职业病危害管理措施和防护设施的情况下,可达到预防和控制职业病危害的目的。
[Objective] To identify,analyze and evaluate the occupational disease hazards and harm level in a 8 000 t/a ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer latex technological transformation project,explore the protective countermeasures and management measures. [Methods]Analogy and checklists method were adopted for evaluation and analysis. [Results]The main occupational disease hazards were vinyl chloride,ethylene,vinyl acetate and noise. The analog enterprise test results showed that the qualification rate of vinyl acetate and noise was 100% and 80.0% respectively. [Conclusion] This is a project with serious occupational hazards. The occupational diseases should be prevented and controlled when all occupational health managements and protection facilities are carefully carried out.
