衡阳市某运输机械制造厂作业场所噪声作业危害程度分级 被引量:1

摘要 目的确定衡阳市某运输机械制造厂作业场所噪声危害程度,以及相关的设备布局和噪声防护措施是否符合要求。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查和检测检验,运用定量分级法对噪声危害程度进行分级。结果本次共对12个岗位作业点的噪声强度进行了(36次)测量,其中10个岗位作业点的噪声强度符合作业场所噪声职业接触限值的要求,合格率为83.3%。不合格的岗位中砂轮打磨岗位为噪声Ⅰ级(轻度)作业,钻工岗位为噪声Ⅱ级(中度)作业。结论该用人单位噪声危害较重,砂轮打磨及钻工岗位接触噪声强度超过国家职业接触限值标准,应加强相应岗位作业人员防噪声措施。 [Objective] To identify the hazard degree of noise exposure for a transport machinery manufacturing workplace in Hengyang City, and evaluate the related equipment layout and noise protection are in line with the requirements or not. [Methods] Field occupational health investigation and inspection, quantitative grading method were carried out on the classification of noise hazards degree. [Results] The noise intensity of 12 operation points were measured (36 times). The noise intensity of 10 posts in the work place was in line with the requirements of occupational exposure limit, with the qualified rate of 83.3%. Of unqualified posts, grinding wheel grinding position belonged to the noise level I (mild), driller position for noise level Ⅱ (moderate). [Conclusion] Noise hazard is relatively serious in this factory. The noise intensity at the position of grinding wheel and driller exceeds the national limit of noise exposure. Preventive measures should be strengthened among workers against noise.
