糖化血红蛋白在不同季节、性别和年龄间的差异 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨广东省深圳市龙岗区糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)在不同季节、性别和年龄间的差异。方法收集深圳市龙岗区人民医院管理信息系统2015年7月—2016年6月间报告的16 535例就诊患者全血Hb A1c数据,采用现况研究分析季节、性别和年龄对Hb A1c的影响。结果不同月份之间Hb A1c具有统计学差异(F=4.488,P<0.01),4和5月高而8和9月低。各年龄组之间Hb A1c比例差异有统计学意义(F=152.43,P<0.01)。不同性别之间,女性Hb A1c比例显著低于男性(F=9.072,P<0.01)。不同性别人群不同年龄组之间Hb A1c比例差异均有统计学意义,青年组、中年组和老年组Hb A1c水平呈现随年龄增大而逐渐上升的趋势。结论深圳市龙岗区就诊人群Hb A1c水平与季节、年龄和性别相关,提示临床医生和科研人员在制定糖尿病患者Hb A1c治疗目标时应充分考虑到上述因素对Hb A1c的影响。 [Objective]To explore the variation of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(Hb A1c)in different seasons,genders and ages in Longgang District of Shenzhen City. [Methods]A cross-sectional study was carried out to investigate the effect of the season,gender and age on the data of the Hb A1 c in 16 535 blood samples from the hospital management information system of Longgang district people's hospital of Shenzhen from Jul.2015-Jun.2016. [Results]Statistic difference(F = 4.488,P 0.01) was observed among different seasons,with higher values in April and May and lower ones in August and September. There was a statistical significance in the ratio of Hb A1c(F=152.43,P〈0.01)among different groups of age. The Hb A1 c levels were significantly lower in the female than those in the male(F =9.072,P 0.01). Moreover,there was a statistical significance in the ratio of Hb A1 c in different gender groups of the same age,accompany with a gradually increasing trend with the growing age among the groups of the young,the adult and the old. [Conclusion]The Hb A1 c levels may be related with season,gender and age in the patients in Longgang District of Shenzhen City,indicating that the clinicians and researchers should take the factors above into consideration when making Hb A1 c target treatment to diabetic patients.
