2013—2015年北京市石景山区小型医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

Monitoring and analysis on disinfection effect in small medical institutions of Shijingshan District in Beijing from 2013-2015

目的了解北京市石景山区小型医疗机构的消毒状况,为进一步提高消毒工作质量,预防医源性感染的发生提供科学依据。方法 2013—2015年对北京市石景山小型医疗机构进行监测,依据GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》、GB 15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》、WS/T 367-2012《医疗机构消毒技术规范》进行采样检测及评价。结果北京市石景山区2013—2015年共计监测小型医疗机构样品2 239份,合格2 112份,总体合格率94.33%,3年合格率分别为91.42%、93.71%、97.58%,其差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.612,P<0.01),合格率呈逐年增高趋势(χ2=24.979,P<0.05)。其中物体表面、医务人员、空气细菌总数、压力蒸汽灭菌效果合格率均>90%,紫外线灯强度合格率为87.50%。结论北京市石景山区2013—2015年小型医疗机构消毒工作质量总体较好,但仍需进一步提高。开展消毒管理执法与监督检查,加强消毒专业知识与技能的培训,保证必要的硬件设施建设和资金投入,建立相关消毒规章制度等,是提高小型医疗机构消毒工作质量,减少医源性感染发生的必要措施。

[Objective]To learn the situation of disinfection in small medical institutions of Shijingshan District of Beijing,provide scientific basis for further improvement of disinfection quality and prevention of the medical infection. [Methods]Disinfection effect in small medical institutions in Shijingshan District of Beijing was monitored from 2013-2015. The sampling,detection and evaluation were performed according to the Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals（GB 15982-2012）,Evaluating Method and Standard for the Efficacy of Disinfection and Sterilization（GB 15981-1995）,and Regulation of Disinfection Technique in Healthcare Settings（WS/T 367-2012）. [Results]Totally 2 239 samples from small medical institutions in Shijingshan District of Beijing were monitored from 2013-2015,2 112 were qualified with the qualified rate of 94.33%. The annual qualified rate was respectively 91.42%,93.71% and 97.58%,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=25.612,P〈0.05）,while the qualified rates showed a rising trend year by year（χ2=24.979,P〈0.05）. The qualified rates of object surface,hands of medical staffs,total bacterial count of air and pressure steam sterilization effect were higher than 90%,and the qualified rate of ultraviolet lamp intensity was 87.50%. [Conclusion]The disinfection quality of small medical institutions in Shijingshan District of Beijing is generally good from 2013-2015,but it should still be enhanced. It is necessary to develop the disinfection management and supervision,strengthen the training on the professional knowledge and skills of disinfection,guarantee the necessary hardware facilities construction and capital investment,and establish the disinfection rules and regulations,to improve the quality of disinfection in small medical institutions and reduce the medical infection.
