广西医科大学学生乙型肝炎知识态度和行为调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice about hepatitis B among students in a medical university of Guangxi Province

目的通过了解目前广西医科大学不同专业学生乙型肝炎(乙肝)相关知识、态度和行为状况,以便学校有针对性地开展乙肝健康教育。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取广西医科大学3个专业的2 000名在校大学生,对其进行乙肝知识态度行为情况问卷调查。结果医学生对于各类乙肝相关知识的正确率在34.1%~96.4%之间,在3大类21个知识问题中,有15个问题各专业正确率之间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);各专业医学生在与乙肝病毒携带者居住、吃饭和工作等方面的态度正向率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);该校医学生乙肝疫苗3针接种率只有43.2%;经相关分析,该校学生乙肝知识、态度、行为间有正相关关系。结论应当强化医学生乙肝健康教育,并提高学生的乙肝疫苗3针接种率。

[Objective]To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice about hepatitis B among students from different majors in a medical university of Guangxi Province,provide the basis for university to carry out the targeted health education of hepatitis B. [Methods]2000 students of three majors were collected from a medical university of Guangxi Province by the cluster sampling method,and a questionnaire survey on knowledge,attitude and practice about hepatitis B was conducted. [Results] The differences in correct rates of hepatitis B related knowledge among medical students were between 34.1% and 96.4%. Among 21 questions from 3 categories,the differences in correct rate of 15 questions were statistically significant among students from different majors（all P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant differences in the rate of positive attitude toward living and eating with hepatitis B virus carriers among students from different majors（all P 0.05）. The three-dose hepatitis B vaccination rate was only 43.2% in students. There was a positive correlation among knowledge,attitude and practice about hepatitis B in students. [Conclusion]It is necessary to enhance the health education of hepatitis B among students and improve the three-dose hepatitis B vaccination rate.
