地下工程职业病防治存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures for occupational disease prevention of underground engineering

首先以隧道施工为例,指出地下工程职业病防治存在的问题;随即阐述了政府卫生行政部门在法律体系层面、隧道施工用人单位在管理和技术层面、隧道施工一线工人在自身保护层面、职业卫生服务机构在服务能力和水平层面上应该在预防隧道施工职业病发生及防治过程中注意的事项和发挥的作用;以期为地下工程职业病防控提供有针对性的解决思路及方法。

This paper first use the tunnel excavation as an example,to illustrate the problem existing in the construction of underground engineering,then expounds the focus and role of the government administrative departments for public health in occupational disease prevention of tunnel construction,from the aspects of legal system,management and technical level of employees,self-protection of front-line workers,service ability of occupational health service organization,so as to provide targeted solution and method for occupational disease prevention of underground engineering.
