甘蔗渣基石墨碳材料的制备及电化学性能研究

摘要 以甘蔗渣为原料,醋酸镍为催化剂前驱体,采用掩埋隔绝空气法催化制备具有高性能的石墨碳纳米材料,并以此为基础制成超级电容器。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)技术研究了该材料的晶体结构及形态外貌,用循环伏安(CV)、恒流充放电和交流阻抗等方法研究了该材料的电化学性能。研究表明,该样品具有良好的石墨碳结构及较小的纳米尺寸,在1mol/L KOH的水系电解液中显示出良好的电容性能,在1A/g的电流密度时表现出122.5F/g的比容量。2000次充放电循环后其比容量保留率高达95.2%。因此该石墨碳产品具有较高的应用前景。 A high performance graphite carbon material was prepared by using the method of burying air isolation with nickel acetate as catalytic agent and sugarcane bagasse as raw material and this product was made into double layer capacitor.The crystal structure and surface morphology of the materials were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical properties of the materials were studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV),constant current charge discharge and AC impedance.The study showed that:the graphite structure of sample is good and its nano size is smaller.The as-prepared material showed good capacitance performance in the 1mol/L KOH electrolyte.When the current was 1A/g,the specific capacitance was 122.5F/g.When the charge discharge cycle was 2000 times,the specific capacity retention rate was as high as 95.2%.The material has a high application prospect.
