运用“益气固脱、清热利湿”法对视网膜脱离复位术后视功能影响的临床观察

Clinical use of ＂Qi solid off, heat and dampness＂ for retinal detachment reset after surgery

目的观察“益气固脱、清热利湿”法对视网膜脱离复位术后视功能的影响。方法对80例80眼孔源性视网膜脱离患者给予视网膜脱离复位术，术后分为中药组40例40眼，对照组40例40眼，术后局部均予抗炎、消肿及结膜修复等对症治疗，中药组术后给予“益气固脱、清热利湿”中药口服，观察术后1周、1月、3月两组视力恢复、视野平均敏感度、视野指标的变化情况。结果在视力恢复情况方面，术后3月中药组视力恢复总有效率高于对照组，χ^2=4．51，P=0．03（P〈0.05）；视野平均敏感度方面：两组在术后1周、1月、3月脱离区视野平均敏感度均高于术前，P〈0.01，术后3月中药组脱离区视野平均敏感度高于对照组t=2．13，P〈0.05；视野指标方面：术后3月中药组高于对照组，t=2．18，P〈0.05，同时中药组术后3月视野均较术前、术后1周、1月提高，P〈0.05。结论“益气固脱、清热利湿”法对视网膜脱离复位术后患者视功能的恢复具有一定的积极作用。

Objective Observation method of ＂Qi solid off, heat and dampness＂ on visual function after retinal detachment repairs. Methods 80 cases 80 eyes of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment retinal detachment with retinal detachment repairs,divided into Chinese medicine group and control group, 40cases （40 eyes after the control group,40 cases（40 eyes of postoperative local participation in anti-inflammation, detumeseenee and conjunetival repair and other symptomatic treatment, Chinese medicine group postoperatively ＂Qi solid off,heat and dampness＂ oral medicine,observe the postoperative 1 week, 1 month, 3 months,two groups of index of average sensitivity,visual acuity and visual field changes. Results In terms of vision recovery, postoperative march total effective rate was higher than control group in Chinese traditional medicine group of visual acuity, χ^2 = 4. 51, P = 0.03 （P〈 0.05）. Visual field mean sensitivity aspects：The average sensitivity of the two groups was higher than that of preoperative one week, 1 month and 3 month, P〈0.01;3 months after the Perspective Medicines disengagement zone average sensitivity higher than t=2.13 ,P〈0. 05 ;Perspective indicators：TCM group was higher after March,t=2.18 before,P d0.05, while the Medicines 3months after surgery than those horizons, afterlweek, 1month increase,P〈0. 05. Conclusion ＂Qi solid off, heat and dampness＂ reset recovery method for retinal detachment patients visual function has some positive effects.
