摘要
针对极谱法溶解氧传感器在长期检测过程中存在的输出稳定性差的问题,结合极谱法溶解氧传感器的结构与检测机理,分析了影响极谱法溶解氧传感器输出稳定性的因素。研究表明:氧化—还原电位偏移、透气膜的污染和形变、温度及搅拌均会导致输出不稳定。针对每种影响因素提出了解决办法,提高了稳定性,满足了长期在线监测水质的需要。
Aiming at poor output stability problem during long-time online detecting of polarographic dissolved oxygen(DO) sensor, combined with structure and detecting mechanism of the polarographie DO sensor, analyze on factors influencing output stability. Research results show that redox potential excursion, contamination and distortion of breathe freely membrane, temperature and stiring will all lead to poor output stability problem. Solutions for each influencing factor is also proposed, stability is improved and long-term online water quality monitoring is met.
