在职护理人员英语口语学习策略的调查分析

摘要 目的 应用语言学习策略法,对在职护理人员英语口语学习策略的使用情况进行调查和分析.方法 2015年6月至2016年6月期间,应用英语口语学习策略调查量表对上海某三甲专科医院的187名临床护士进行英语口语学习策略各个维度的使用频率分析.结果 口语学习策略总体使用的平均频度值为2.813,交际策略的平均使用频度值最高,情感策略平均使用频度值最低.结论 医院应充分认识英语学习的重要性,加强英语口语学习策略培训,以提高临床护士英语口语学习的积极性和兴趣,给予必要的经费投入和时间保证,以适应在职护理人员专业英语口语学习的现状和需求. Objective To apply language learning strategy to investigate and research the application condition of the oral English learning strategy of employed nurses. Methods The questionnaire scale of oral English learning strategy was applied from June 2015 to June 2016 to analyze the application frequency of oral English learning strategies from various dimensions for 187 clinical nurses. Results The average frequentness value of overall use of oral English strategy was 28, the average frequentness value of communication strategy was the highest, and the average frequent-ness value of affective strategy was the lowest. Conclusion The hospital should be completely know about the signifi-cance of English learning and strengthen the oral English learning strategy-based training to improve the activity and in-terest of oral English learning for the clinical nurses. In addition, some necessary expenditure investment and time guarantee should be given to adapt to the situation and requirement of professional oral English learning of employed nur-ses.
