As a strategic choice of human rights,the right to development has alw ays been a priority in the development of the human rights cause in China. As to the purpose of human rights,the pursuit is for the shared development and common prosperity. As to the subject of the duty of human rights,the realization of the right to development is not only the responsibility of each country,but also the common responsibility of the international community.
