摘要
为消除世界各国存在的对女性的就业歧视,联合国通过了一系列国际人权公约。中国作为相关人权公约的缔约国,积极履行协定义务,建立起反女性就业歧视法律制度。但是,在女性就业保障方面仍然存在若干问题,需要在立法上完善相关制度以应对这些问题。
In order to eliminate discrimination against women in employment around the world,the United Nations has adopted a series of international human rights conventions. As a contracting party to relevant human rights conventions,China has actively fulfilled its obligations and established a legal system concerning anti-discrimination against women in employment. However,there are still challenges,which requires improving this legal system by legislation.
