摘要
2009—2014年，中资企业对美投资的复合年均增长率超40％，增速居全球各国对美投资之首。文章分析了中资企业对美投资呈现出的以房地产、能源、农业和高附加值制造业为主要投资领域等特点，并指出中国对美投资占全球其他国家对美投资的比例仍然非常低，进而分析了中资企业赴美投资仍存在的客观障碍。
From 2009 to 2014, the compound annual growth rate of Chinese enterprises＇ investment in US is over 40%, ranking the biggest growth among other counties which invest in US. The article analyzes the characteristics showed in Chinese enterprises＇ investment in US such as the real estate, energy, agriculture and high value-added manufacturing sectors being the major invested fields. It points out that China＇s investment in US still accounts for a very small part as compared with other countries in the world, and then analyzes the barriers Chinese enterprises face when investing in US.
