The article gives an overview of the development of the offshore RMB （CNH） market in Singapore. In light of the commonalities regarding the development of the global CNH market, the article makes policy suggestions on further promoting CNH market development from the perspectives of increasing CNH market liquidity through various channels, accelerating RMB product innovation, steadily promoting RMB capital account liberalization and enhancing RMB clearing function.
