介绍为解决复杂箱体类零件小批量、大批次、多品种加工,设计了由标准加工中心、双面卧式柔性加工中心、双面数控铣床组成的敏捷柔性生产线。该柔性线的配置特点:零点定位系统、智能重型桁架机械手技术和MES系统控制、以及双面卧式柔性加工中心技术。柔性线的投产使用达到了用户要求,为以后公司生产线设计制造提供了设计资料,积累了经验。

The design for agility flexible production line which is composed of standard machining center,double-sided horizontal flexible machining center and double-sided CNC milling machine resolves box type parts in small lot production,mass production and multi-species mixed production. Present the feature of flexible production line configuration： zero positioning system,technology of intelligent heavy truss manipulator,MES system control and technology of double-sided horizontal flexible machining center. Flexible production line put into production meets customer requirement,which provides design data and experience for enterprise in subsequent production line design and manufacture.
