滚子直径误差及排布对轴承径向跳动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 根据圆柱滚子轴承各零件间的运动关系及几何关系,建立了轴承外圈径向跳动数学模型;分析了轴承外圈径向跳动的算法原理,并对轴承的运动过程进行数值仿真;在不考虑轴承内、外圈滚道和滚子圆度误差的情况下,研究了滚子直径误差及滚子排布方式对轴承外圈径向跳动的影响。结果表明:当两个滚子直径误差均为-1.5μm时,有误差的两个滚子相邻排布对轴承外圈的径向跳动有较大影响。当多个滚子直径误差相同且相邻排布时,轴承外圈的径向跳动相等。 According to the movement relationships and geometric relationships of cylindrical roller bearing parts,the mathematical model of the radial runout of bearing outer ring is established. The principle of algorithm for the radial runout of bearing outer ring is analyzed. Numerical simulation of the motion process of bearing is carried out. The effect of rollers diameter error and rollers distribution on the radial runout of bearing outer ring is researched,in which the inner ring and outer ring raceway roundness error as well as rollers roundness error are not taken into account. It is found that adjacent arrangement of two rollers with diameter errors has major effect on the radial runout of bearing outer ring when the diameter error of these two rollers is-1. 5 μm. The radial runout of bearing outer ring shows equal value,when multiple rollers have the same diameter error and are distributed in adjacent arrangement.
