摘要
文章以某型恒速传动装置中的柱塞组件轴向间隙测量夹具设计为案例。从产品测量要求及工艺性能出发,初步设计出满足工艺要求的测量夹具。其次,结合各型产品尺寸规格数据,从夹具的关键测量部件入手,优化原夹具结构,保证该夹具能满足较大尺寸范围的测量要求。实践证明,该测量夹具结构简单,测量数据不但达到设计目标,而且极大地缩短产品制造周期,降低了检测成本。
This research focuses on axial clearance measure fixture design in the plunger component of a constant speed drive. A measure fixture is designed to meet the product measure requirements and processing performance requirements. Then,the fixture structure is optimized for greater measure dimensional range based on the size data of several style products. It's found that the measure fixture with a simple structure can reach design goals of measure data,decrease product manufacturing cycle and lower testing costs.
