摘要
从20世纪80年代至今,我国老年学学科建设及科研经历了从确立、初步发展到不断加强的发展历程。30多年来,我国老年学逐步成长为一个成熟而完整的学科体系。在老年学教学和学科建设方面,目前,全国开设了老年学相关专业的高等院校已达145所,老年学相关研究机构已达91所;与老年学相关的国家社会科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目和教育部基金项目等均日益增长;同时,老年学相关研究论文数量也大幅增长,并呈现出方兴未艾之势。然而在不断规范、系统、深入发展的同时,我国老年学也存在本科层次教学滞后、学科结构不平衡、各地区研究水平差距巨大、国际交流尚少等不足之处。总体而言,目前我国老年学发展机遇与挑战并存。
Since the 1980s, as the aging of population continues to deepen, gerontological teaching and research in China has experienced a wonderful development process, from being established to initial development and further strengthening. After 30 years'development, gerontology in China has grown into a mature and complete discipline system. As to the teaching and discipline construction, the establishment of research institutions and the related research issues, gerontology in China has made considerable progress. At present, the number of colleges recruiting gerontology and related professional reaches 145, and the number of gerontological research-related institutions has reached 91, and gerontology relevant projects, supported by the National Social Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation and the Education Foundation, also have a substantial growth. Gerontology in China will surely own a further development in the future. However, while the deepening, systemic and normative development of gerontology, it still has several defects, such as deficiencies of the undergraduate level teaching, imbalances of its academic structure, a huge gap between the regional level of research, lacks of international exchanges and so on.
