摘要
目的:探讨五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼丁口服液治疗男性弱精症临床效果,以期提高疗效。方法:选取2011年6月至2013年6月116例男性弱精症患者为研究对象,分成两组,对照组58例,使用左卡尼丁口服液治疗,观察组58例,加用五子衍宗软胶囊,观察治疗后在精液质量和血清指标变化情况。结果:对照组治愈率15.52%、总有效率67.24%,观察组治愈率25.86%、总有效率84.48%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后在精液量、精子密度、精子活率、a级精子、(a+b)级精子活力上较治疗前均显著提高,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组治疗后在精液量、精子密度、精子活率、a级精子、(a+b)级精子活力较对照组治疗后提高更加显著,两组治疗后比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗后睾酮含量较治疗前均显著提高,治疗前后比较差异显著(P<0.05),而两组在FSH、LH、P、PRL上治疗前后均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:五子衍宗软胶囊联合左卡尼丁口服液治疗男性弱精症有协同作用,能提高疗效。
Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of Wuziyanzong soft capsule joint left-carnitine oral treatment on asthenozoospermia. Methods:116 patients with asthenozoospermia from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and divided into two groups. 58 patients in the control group received left-carnitine oral treatment,while the 58 cases in the observation group received additional Wuziyanzong soft capsule. The semen quality andchanges in serum markers between the two groups after treatment was compared. Results:The cure rate and total efficiency of control group was 15. 52% and 67. 24% respectively,while that of the observation group was 25. 86%and 84. 48% respectively,with significant difference(P〈0. 05). After treatment,the semen volume,sperm concentration,sperm motility,a level of sperm,(a + b) sperm motility were significantly increased than before treatment in both groups,with significant different(P〈0. 05). Increase was more significant in the observation group after treatment than the control group,with significant difference(P〈0. 05). The testosterone level after treatment was significantly increased than before treatment,with significant difference(P〈0. 05),but difference in the FSH,LH,P and PRL between before and after treatment was not significant(P〉0. 05). Conclusion:Wuziyanzong soft capsule joint left carnitine oral treatment is of synergistic effect in treating asthenozoospermia,with better effect.
