摘要
某地拟建生活垃圾焚烧电厂,由于当地环境容量限制及地方政策原因,对烟气排放指标要求较高,常规垃圾焚烧电厂烟气净化工艺(SCR脱硝+干法/半干法脱硫+活性炭吸附=恶英及重金属+布袋除尘)无法满足要求,在新增湿法脱酸及SCR脱硝后可达到要求。对烟气净化流程进行了优化,比较两个可行方案后得出较优方案。
A garbage incineration power plant is proposed to be built in somewhere. Due to the capacity ot me local environment and local policy, the flue gas emission targets require much higher, conventional garbage incineration power plaant flue 9as purification process cannot reach the mission. In adding new wet deacidification and SCR denitration technology can meet the requirements. It optimizes the flue gas purification process, and choses the better one after comparing the two feasible schemes.
