摘要
为了满足新的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223-2011)中的烟尘排放标准(一般地区30 mg/m^3,重点地区20 mg/m^3),需要进行除尘提效改造。湿式静电除尘器可以降低粉尘、液滴和重金属的排放浓度,是目前实现烟尘达标排放的选择方案之一。但是,目前对于湿式电除尘器技术的一些关键设计参数存缺少相关研究。通过对比2台300 MW机组柔性湿式电除尘器的实际运行效果,分析布置形式、极间距、极线形式等多种参数的影响,为今后湿式电除尘器的设计和选型提供依据。
With the implementation of the emission standard of Air Pollutants for thermal power plants( GB 13223 -2011 ), the key regional executes the most strict emissions standards that the dust emission concentration is required to be lower 20 mg/m3. In order to meet the standards, the dust removal efficiency of the existing envi- ronmentally protective facility need to be reformed. The wet electrostatic precipitator (WESP) that can further reduce the particle, droplet and heavy metal concentrations is one of the best option to achieve the emission standard. However, there is a lack of relevant research on some key design parameters of wet electrostatic pre- cipitator technology. Some factors such as the arrangement form, inter - electrode distance and discharge elec- trode form are analyzed by the effect of the actual operation of the flexible wet electrostatic precipitator for two 300 MW units. This results provides the basis for the design and selection of wet electrostatic precipitator.
