摘要
系统阐述了单塔双循环脱硫工艺的技术特性,并结合300 MW燃煤锅炉的实际应用,通过双循环回路pH值、浆液密度等核心参数的调控,低能耗地实现脱硫效率99%以上,为SO_2超低排放或高硫煤的达标排放,提供了适宜的高效能脱硫技术。
It described the technical characteristics of two circulations per tower desulfurization technology, and combined with the practical application of 300 MW coal - fired boiler, through the control of some important pa- rameters, such as pH value of double loop circuit, density of slurry, etc., low energy consumption to achieve the desulfurization efficiency above 99%, for SO2 ultra low emission or emission standards of high sulfur coal, providing suitable high efficient desulfurization technology.
