The Effect and Service Innovation of Library in University Think Tank Construction

作为高校信息中心和为教学、科研服务重要机构的图书馆,开展智库服务成为其新的发展方向。从高校智库建设的角度,分析了高校智库建设中对图书馆的信息资源、学科服务及存储平台的需求,阐述了图书馆在高校智库建设中的支撑作用,从规划与实施、信息资源建设、智库型服务、搭建智库产品存储平台4个方面提出了图书馆在高校智库建设中的服务创新。

Library as the university＇s information center and important institutions serving for teaching and scientific research, whose new development direction becomes think tank service. From the angle of the think tank construction in colleges and universities, this article analyzes the requirement of information resources, discipline service and storage platform to library in university think tank construction, expounds the supporting role of library in university think tank construction.Also,this article proposes the service innovation of library in university think tank construction in four aspects, which are planning and implementation, information resource construction, think tank service and setting up think tank products storage platform.
