摘要
目的观察孕期铅及铅硒联合干预对大鼠全血中铅、硒、镁、钙、铁、锌6种元素含量的影响。方法无特定病原体级Wistar雌性大鼠随机被分为对照组、硒组、低铅组、低铅加硒组、高铅组和高铅加硒组,在大鼠分娩及仔鼠21日龄时,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定全血中铅、硒、镁、钙、铁、锌6种元素的含量。结果未加硒干预的铅暴露组血铅与血硒含量呈负相关(大鼠分娩时:r=-0.617,P<0.05;雌性仔鼠21日龄时:r=-0.470,P<0.05),各加硒干预组血硒水平均与硒组接近;母鼠孕期及哺乳期加硒干预,可降低仔鼠血铅水平。21日龄雌性仔鼠血铅与血镁、锌水平呈负相关(r值分别为-0.363、-0.483,P<0.05)。结论铅暴露影响血硒、镁、锌等元素水平,对不同性别影响不一致,硒干预能降低铅暴露引起的血铅水平的提高,改善血硒水平的下降,尚未发现硒干预能改善铅引起的其他金属元素水平的改变。
Objective To study the influence of lead or/and selenium exposure in utero on lead,selenium and other essential elements in whole blood of rats.Methods No specific pathogen grade Wistar female rats were randomly divided into control group,selenium group,low lead group,low lead plus selenium group,high lead group and high lead plus selenium group.The blood from rats after delivering and the blood from the offsprings at 21 days were collected.Lead,selenium,magnesium,calcium,iron and zinc content in whole blood were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Results Negative correlations between Pb and Se of rats and female offsprings in groups without adding selenium(after the delivering r =-0.617,P〈0.05; at the age of 21 days r =-0.470,P〈0.05) were observed.Se content of rats in Pb-Se group was similar with the rats in Se group.Selenium intervention during pregnancy and lactation can lower blood lead level of offsprings(high Pb-Se group vs low Pb group,P〉0.05).At the age of 21 days,negative correlations between Pb and Mg(r =-0.363,r =-0.483,P〈0.05) of female offsprings were observed.Conclusion The effects of lead exposure on blood selenium,magnesium,zinc and other elements were different to different gender.Selenium intervention could lower the level of blood lead and improve the level of blood selenium.Selenium intervention has not been found to improve the level of other metal elements induced by lead.
