核素门控心肌灌注显像在高血压前期患者心脏靶器官损害评估中的应用 被引量:1

The value of gated-myocardial perfusion imaging in assesment of subclinical cardic organ target damage in patients with pre-hypertension

摘要 目的核素门控心肌灌注显像(G-MPI)评估高血压前期(P-HTN)患者亚临床心脏靶器官损害,为药物干预提供依据。方法选取P-HTN患者40例,同时选取健康者40例作为对照。测定血脂、血糖(FPG)、血胰岛素,另外进行G-MPI,获得总负荷评分(SSS)、总静息评分(SRS)、总差值(SDS),左室射血分数(LVEF)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、舒张末期容积(EDV)、高峰射血速率(PER)、高峰充盈速率(PFR)、高峰充盈时间(TPFR)等参数。结果 2组年龄、性别、体重指数、血脂、FPG、血胰岛素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疾病组较对照组SSS及SDS明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组LVEF、ESV、EDV差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而疾病组PFR明显降低,TPFR明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 G-MPI在评估P-HTN患者亚临床心脏靶器官损害中起重要作用,具有重要意义。 Objective To assess the value of gated-myocardial perfusion imaging(G-MPI) in the assessment of subclinical cardic organ target damage in patients with pre-hypertension(P-HTN),so as to provide clinical basis for drug intervention.Methods 40 patients with P-HTN forming the experimental group and the other 40 normal individuals were used as the control group.Serum lipid,fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum insulin were examinated.Then,all subjects were examined by G-MPI.Summered stress score(SSS),summered rest score(SRS),summered difference score(SDS),left ventricular ejection function(LVEF),end systolic volume(ESV),end diastolic volume(EDV),peak ejection rate(PER),peak filling rate(PFR),time of peak filling rate(TPFR) were obtained.Results There was no statistical significance on the differences in age,sex,body mass index(BMI),blood lipid and insulin between the two age groups(P〉0.05).The levels of SSS,SDS were higher in the P-HTN group than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P 〈0.01).There was no statistical significance on the differences of LVEF,ESV,EDV levels(P〉0.05),but level of PFR decreases and the level of TPFR increased,with the differences statistically significant(P 〈0.01).Conclusion G-MPI plays an important role in assessing the subclinical cardic organ target damage in patients with P-HTN,which may be meaningful.
