封闭式负压引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效

Vacuum-assisted Closure Technique in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的探讨封闭式负压引流(vacuum-assisted closure,VAC)治疗糖尿病足溃疡的疗效。方法选取我院烧伤整形科2014年3月~2015年7月收治的41例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组:观察组(n=24例)采用VAC技术治疗,对照组(n=17例)采用常规换药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组和对照组创面床准备完成时间分别为(15.7±8.6)d和(29.3±10.8)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后疗效评价:观察组治愈19例,好转4例,无效1例;对照组治愈7例,好转5例,无效5例。观察组有效率达95.83%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VAC技术能有效改善和加速糖尿病足溃疡的愈合,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of vacuum-assisted closure （VAC） technique in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 41 cases with diabetic foot ulcer were analyzed retrospectively from March 2014 to July 2015. All patients were divided into two groups： 24 cases of observation group were treated by VAC technique, and 17 cases of control group were treated by conventional dressing treatment. Therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The preparation duration of wound surface was （ 15.7 ＋ 8.6 ） d and （ 29.3 ＋ 10.8 ） d respectively in the observation group and control group, there was statistical difference in preparation duration between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The result was revealed cure in 19 cases, improved in 4 cases and invalid in 1 case in the observation group, and cure in 7 cases, improved in 5 cases and invalid in 5 cases in the observation group. The effective rate was 95.83% in the observation group, and was higher than 70.59% of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The VAC technique can play a valid role to improve and accelerate wound healing in patients with diabetic foot ulcer, and it is worthy to be popularized.
