显微外科与腹腔镜途径精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效对比研究

Curative Effect and Complication Comparisons of Microscopic and Laparoscopic Ligation of Spermatic Veins for the Treatment of Varicocele

目的对比分析显微外科与腹腔镜途径精索静脉结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效,为精索静脉曲张患者的治疗提供临床实践的依据。方法选择2011年2月~2016年2月在我院接受治疗的180例精索静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,将患者按照入院顺序分为研究组和对照组,每组90例,研究组行显微外科精索静脉结扎术,对照组采用腹腔镜精索静脉结扎术。对比两组患者治疗效果及并发症情况。结果研究组治疗后的精液质量高于对照组,且两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率为5.56%,对照组的并发症发生率为21.11%,研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精索静脉曲张患者的临床治疗中,相比于腹腔镜精索静脉结扎术,显微外科精索静脉结扎术具有更好的疗效,且并发症发生率较低,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze of microscopic and laparoscopic ligation of spermatic vein for the treatment of varicocele in the curative effects and complications. Methods From February 2013 to February 2016, there were 180 varicocele patients in our hospital were studied prespectively. The patients were randomly divided into the research group and the control group, with 90 cases for each. The research group was treated by microscopic spermatic vein ligation. And the control group was treated by laparoscopic ligation of spermatic vein. The therapeutic effect and complications in the two groups was compared. Results The semen quality of the research group was higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The complication rate of the research group and the control group was 5.55% vs. 21.11% respectively. And the complication rate of the research group was lower （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with varicocele, compared with laparoscopic ligation of spermatic vein, microsurgical spermatic vein ligation has good curative effect and low complication rate, thus has higher clinical value.
