介绍了一种无溶剂环保型自干隔热涂料的制备方法,以液体环氧树脂为成膜物质,用小分子脂肪胺作为固化剂,以云母粉、空心玻璃微珠以及钛白粉为颜填料,在助剂的配合下制备成一种无溶剂环保型隔热涂料,将其在有隔热需求的管道外壁刮涂3 mm,即可达到较好的隔热效果。
