摘要
随着国家环保法规的要求日趋严格,水性紧凑型工艺应用越来越广泛,为此需要在新工艺、新材料应用前期及产品开发阶段,通过实验室全流程快速模拟评估系统平台,研究钢板成型后表观水波纹的变化与涂层外观之间的关联性,以便预测产品的涂装外观质量,指导新工艺下的涂料体系和钢板特性选择。
With the increasingly stringent environmental regulations, water-based compact painting process will be used more and more widely. In the early stage of application of new technology, new material and product development phase, the correlations between water ripples on the surface of deformed steel sheets and their final painting appearance were investigated with a laboratory rapid simulation and evaluation platform. In this way, we could predict the coating appearance quality of products and guide the selection of coating system and steel plates under the new painting process.
