摘要
针对某次电泳过程中在车身固定位置出现的针孔问题,分析了针孔发生的原因,并通过试验得到验证,描述了针孔产生的机理,通过调节液位及槽液p H,最终解决了此问题。
Aiming at the pinhole problems in the body fixed position of a electrophoresis process, the reason of pinholes were analyzed and verified by the test. The mechanism of pinhole produced was described, Finally, the problem was solved by adjusting the liquid level and the bath pH.
