常见降压药小剂量联合治疗老年非杓型高血压的疗效

Effect of small dose of common antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with non dipper hypertension

目的研究常见降压药小剂量联合治疗老年非杓型高血压的疗效。方法选取2014年9月至2015年9月期间本院接诊的90例老年非杓型高血压患者作为本次研究对象。按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组A、对照组B,观察组采用替米沙坦、嗪氯噻嗪、左旋氨氯地平联合治疗,对照组A采用替米沙坦治疗,对照组B采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察三组患者治疗后24h SBP、24h DBP、d MSBP情况、治疗后n MSBP、d MDBP、n MDBP情况、治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组24 h SBP、24 h DBP、d MSBP均小于对照组A和对照组B,三组均小于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组A与对照组B无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组n MSBP、d MDBP、n MDBP均小于对照组A和对照组B,三组均小于治疗前(P<0.05);对照组A与对照组B无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组临床疗效96.66%(29/30)优于对照组A 76.66%(23/30)和对照组B 73.33%(22/30),三组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常见降压药小剂量联合治疗老年非杓型高血压疗效显著,能够维持稳定患者的血压,减少不良反应。

Objective To study the curative effect of small dose of common antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with non dipper hypertension. Methods 90 cases of patients with elderly non dipper hypertensive from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were researched. They were divided randomly into observation and control group A、control group B. The observation group were treated with telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide,amlodipine combined treatment,Control group A with telmisartan treatment,the control group B was treated with amlodipine,observed the three groups of patients after treatment SBP 24 h,DBP d MSBP,24 h,after the treatment of n MSBP,d MDBP,n MDBP,after the treatment of clinical efficacy. Results After treatment,observation group SBP 24 h,DBP 24 h,d MSBP were less than the control group A and control group B,were less than before treatment in the three groups（ P〈0. 05）; There was no significant difference between the control group A and the control group B（ P〉0. 05）; n MSBP,d MDBP,n MDBP in the observation group were less than the control group A and control group B,were less than before treatment in the three groups（ P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference between the control group A and the control group B（ P〉0.05）;Clinical curative effect of the observation group（ 96.66%,29/30） was better than the control group A（ 76.66%,23/30） and control group B 73.33%（ 22/30） The difference between the three groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusions Common antihypertensive drugs in small doses of combination therapy in elderly non dipper hypertension treatment has obvious curative effect,can maintain stable blood pressure,and reduce the adverse reaction.
