开颅手术和微创手术对高血压脑出血患者生活质量和神经功能恢复的影响

Effect of craniotomy and minimally invasive surgery on life quality and recovery of neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析开颅手术和微创手术对脑出血患者生活质量和神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取本院收治的脑出血患者160例,采取数字随机法分成开颅组和微创组,开颅组采取开颅手术治疗,微创组采取微创手术治疗,比较两组患者生活质量水平及神经功能的恢复情况。结果开颅组患者精神健康、躯体疼痛、生理功能、情感、活力评分均低于微创组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开颅组患者治疗后NIHSS评分高于微创组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗脑出血,可以有效改善患者生活质量,同时有助于神经功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of craniotomy and minimally invasive surgery on the quality of life and the recovery of neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 160 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected,randomly divided into take craniotomy group and minimally invasive group,craniotomy group took craniotomy treatment,minimally invasive group adopted minimally invasive surgical treatment and recovery between the two groups of quality of life level and neural function in patients. Results The scores of mental health,physical pain,physical function,emotion and vitality of the patients in the craniotomy group were lower than those in the minimally invasive group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were all lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the NIHSS score was higher in the craniotomy group than in the minimally invasive group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and contribute to the recovery of neurological function.
