在体原位干细胞培植皮肤再生技能训练微格教学法中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :根据布卢姆的目标教学原理 ,以教学心理学为依据 ,探索在体原位干细胞培植皮肤再生技术 (MEBT/MEBO)临床技能训练中微格教学模式的可行性 ,实用性 ;寻求在临床见习阶段训练学生MEBT/MEBO规范操作技能的有效方法和途径 ;激发学生对MEBT/MEBO学习兴趣 ,训练和培养学生自主学习能力。方法 :选本校 97级、 98级本科班临床见习医师为训练观察对象 ,对MEBT/MEBO各项基本操作要领进行量化、评估 ;教学过程为预习→操作→反馈→改进操作方法→再操作→再反馈。结果 :98级 /组在解答问题所需时间明显少于 97级 /组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,训练操作错误出现率 98级 /组明显低于 97级 /组 (P <0 0 5 )有显著性差异。结论 :微格教学模式能简化教学环节 ,优化教学调控 ,突出自主学习 ,提高MEBT/MEBO教与学的质量 。 Objective: To explore the feasibility and practicality of microteaching mode during the clinical skill practice of skin regeneration techniqut by culturing the stem cells in vivo and in situ according to Jerome Brune's target teaching theory and in terms of teaching physiology; To find a effective way for the training of clinical probationer's MEBT/MEBO regular operation skill; To initiate the student's intererts in learning MEBT/MEBO, train and cultivate the ability of learning by oneself. Method: Choosing the undergraduate probationers of grade 97 and 98 as the training objects. We qualify and value each of their MEBT/MEBO foundermental operation. The teaching courses are preview→operation→reflection→developing operational methods→reoperation→reflection again. Results: The time for solving problem in grade 98's group is obvioualy less than in grade 97's group (p<0 05). The rate of errors' appearance is obviously lower in grade 98's group than in grade 97's group (p<0 05). The difference between the twe groups was statistically significant. Conclusions: The microteaching mode can simplify the teaching segments, develop the teaching controls, protrude learning by oneself, promote the quality of MEBT/MEBO teaching and learning and it can realize the aim at cultivate the talents for Burn's Medicine.
