摘要
近年我国新建了大量高铁客站及其站前广场,部分站前广场尺度过大与超前建设对城市土地资源与公共财政造成了压力,与中央提出的建设紧凑城市的理念不符。该文首先分析了紧凑城市理念运用于站前广场设计的若干益处,并以唐山北站站前广场为例,分析了设计案例所需解决的实际问题。在此基础上,提出了基于紧凑城市理念的设计思路:分期开发的场地布局、适度紧凑的流线组织和快速营建的景观设计,试图以此思路来解决城市土地资源稀缺背景下高铁客站站前广场的快速建设需求。
In recent years, China has built a large number of high-speed railway station and station square, some of station square are too large in scale and too advanced in construction, which brings pressure to the urban land resources and the public finances, this situation is not follow the concept of compact city which is put forward by the government. In this paper we first analyze the benefits of the compact city concept used in the design of station square, then use the case of Tangshan north railway station square design as an example to analyze the practical problems which need to be solved. Based on the concept of compact city, we propose several design strategy: the phased development of the site layout, moderately compact traffic organization and rapid construction, so as to solve conflict between the large demand of the railway station square and the shortage of the urban land resources.
