摘要
针对防雷车设计中周期长以及成本高的问题,提出了将相似性理论应用到防雷车设计中的理念.以实验室设计的一款防雷车为原型,设计制作了原车模型1/10大小的缩比车模型.根据相似性理论,可推导出防雷车原模型和缩比模型在相同位置的爆压相同以及加速度是1:10的关系,并通过仿真和试验进行验证.在不同当量爆轰型地雷的爆轰场下对原模型与缩比模型车体进行仿真分析,以及缩比模型的试验研究.仿真结果表明:缩比车模型和原车模型最大应力大小和出现的位置基本相同,监测点处加速度曲线吻合度较好;试验结果表明:与仿真相同的监测点处,试验加速度曲线与仿真加速度曲线匹配性较好.综上,相似性理论可应用到防雷车的设计中.
According to the situation that the period and cost of the design of MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) is too long and expensive respectively,the application of similarity theory to the de- sign of MRAP was proposed. The design of MRAP in the laboratoryas the prototype, a model of one- tenth the size of the original model was designed and manufactured. According to the similarity theory, it can be deduced that the same detonation pressure and the acceleration with the ratio of 1 " 10 are ob- tained between the original model and the scaling model in the same position, and the theoretical results were verified by simulation and experiment. The original model and the scaling modelwhichunder the detonation field of different equivalent detonation mines were simulated, at the same time, the experi- mental research on the scaling model is carried out. The simulation results show that the value size and the position of the maximum stressfor the scaling model are basically same as the original model, and the acceleration curve at the monitoring point is in good fitnessfor the two models; The experimental resultsshow that, at the same monitoring point as the simulation, the test acceleration curve and the simulated acceleration curve are well matched. In summary, the similarity theory can be applied to the design of MRAP.
