摘要 将不同目数的滑石粉(Talc)和聚乳酸(PLA)基体材料通过熔融共混造粒,得到PLA/Talc复合材料,经过生产挤出设备拉成1.75mm规格的线条,最后使用底板温度为110℃的全封闭FDM-3D打印机打印成型,得到标准规格的热变形温度(HDT)检测样条.通过热变形温度仪检测发现:相同含量的2000目Talc填充PLA材料打印样条的HDT较高,约为101℃.通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试表征发现:800目、2000目、3500目Talc填充PLA打印样条材料的结晶度分别为:36.2%,47.9%,42.4%,与热变形温度的数值相对应. Composites was made of different mesh Talc and PLA by melt blending, and then was made into the 1.75 mm line by extrusion equipment, finally the standard thermal deformation temperature (HDT) samples is printed by using FDM-3D printer with base plate temperature of 110℃. By HD Tand DSC instrument, it was founded that printing sample's HDT with the same content of 2000 mesh talc filler is higherabout 101℃, and the crystallinity of 800 and 2000 and 3500 mesh are respectively 36.2%, 47. 9%, 42. 4%, is correspond with HDT.
