摘要
面对资源约束趋紧的发展环境,全球都将提高电机能效作为重要的节能措施。在以往的电机效率评定中,效率容差引入及测量不确定度的评定方法存在不一致。针对电机效率测量不确定度进行探索,以获得有效评定方法,并将之与测量效率容差的方法进行比较分析,进而确定在具体的电机效率测量中应遵循的评判准则,为更科学合理地测量电机效率提供依据和参考。
In the face of the development environment of resource constraints, the improvement of the motor efficiency is put forward as an important measure for energy saving in the world. In the past motor efficiency evaluation, there are some problems in the method of considering the efficiency of the tolerance and the uncertainty of measurement. In this paper, in order to obtain the effective evolution method, we explore the effective evaluation method of the meas- urement uncertainty for motor efficiency, and compare it with the method of measuring the efficiency tolerance, and then, determine the criteria that should be followed in the measurement of motor efficiency, which provides the basis and reference for the scientific and reasonable measurement of motor efficiency.
