以焦虑、恶心、呕吐为首发表现的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症1例报告

A case report: anxiety, nausea and vomiting as the first manifestations of primary hyperparathyroidism

目的总结原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的临床经验。方法对1例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者的诊疗过程进行分析总结。结果该患者以消化系统症状首诊于消化内科,但综合分析患者共存的消化、精神及骨骼系统症状,进行定性诊断及病因诊断,明确为原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症。结论原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症临床表现多样,易误诊误治,临床医生应提高警惕,广开思路,谨慎诊断。

Objective To summarize clinical characteristics of primary hyperparathyroidism. Methods Summary and analysis were carried out for the work-up of the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with primary hyperparathyroidism. Results The initial symptoms of this patient was digestive system, however, after comprehensive analysis of the coexistent symptoms of the digestive system, psychic system and skeletal system, the diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism was confirmed through qualitative diagnosis and etiological diagnosis. Conclusion The symptoms of primary hyperparathyroidism vary, and the clinician should be cautious in atypical cases.
